Bubble Tea is the catch-all name for the unique Taiwanese blend of tea and giant black tapioca pearls. Approximately the size of small marbles, they have the texture of gummy bears. Boba teas (their Asian name) are as entertaining as they are tasty and are usually served in clear containers with an extra-wide colorful straw.

Although bubble teas were once difficult to find outside of established Chinatowns, their growing popularity has pushed this novelty drink into the mainstream.

We have the only bubble teas in Miami made with the best quality ingredients including whole fresh fruit, imported Monin syrups, and fresh brewed teas.

Our teas come in two varieties: Traditional Tea Flavors (served over ice) and blended, smoothie-style fruit flavors.

The drink originally started as a childhood treat in the late 1980's at small tea stands in front of Taiwanese schoolhouses. The tapioca pearls (made mostly from tapioca starch) were a welcome treat after a long school day.

Tapioca pearls must be very fresh to maintain their soft gummy texture, so leave it to the pros. We have found the best combinations of tea and can even prepare specially blended fruit combinations, which are totally unique to our location!
